The early analog system 08-32 tamping machine used GVA system to guide the operation, and then WinALC  system was used on the 08-32/09-32CSM, 08-275/08-475 series tamping machine. With the continuous development of computer technology, the new tamping machine purchase or repair has begun to be equipped with the new generation of guidance system:  AGC（Automatic Guidance Computer）

Software Interface

Software Function

The homework route data is entered in advance through a personal computer before the homework, stored in a USB flash drive, and imported into AGC at the large machine operation site for use. So as to improve work efficiency.

During the homework process, the theoretical kilometer markers must match the actual route, and the synchronization points must also be correct. For the convenience of monitoring, the system is designed as a prominent large icon with sound and light alarms.

When the direction of the large machine operation is inconsistent with the CPIII measurement data direction, reverse operation is used to greatly improve work efficiency and reduce human directional errors.

LED large screen display of work data (function expansion)

Added LED large screens to display the actual Levle, Cant, Lininig, Lifting data after the operation, making it convenient for track inspectors to verify the visual observation. The data transmitted from the recorder to the LED screen is wirelessly or wired connection.
